Orders are handled personally. Shipping costs are calculated individually and confirmed before payment. You will receive an invoice by email and can pay by bank transfer (SEPA) or PayPal Goods & Services. Your order is prepared individually and shipped after payment has been received and the kit is ready. Please allow up to 2–3 weeks for kit production; it may be ready sooner. The production schedule is confirmed when we agree your order; shipping time is additional.

Custom “Black Glass Capsule” Styling Kit for the Citroën C5 X7 Tourer & CrossTourer
A Citroën C5 Tourer roof wrap kit based on my own interpretation of a black-roof design: a carefully developed, plotter-prepared vinyl kit that visually separates the upper glasshouse from the body below, giving the C5 Tourer a more expressive but harmonious silhouette.

THE IDEA — MORE THAN A BLACK ROOF
On the Citroën C5 Tourer and CrossTourer, there is no obvious natural line where a dark roof treatment can end elegantly. Instead of simply wrapping the roof black, I wanted to create a continuous glass capsule — a visually distinct upper section in which the roof, pillars, rear side windows and tailgate appear to belong to one carefully shaped composition.
I wrapped and reworked the design on my own car three times before arriving at the proportions and lines that finally felt right. The design reached its final form around October 2025. Read the Evo Dua development story.
When the new DS N°7 was presented in March 2026, I was struck by what looked to me like a remarkably similar visual treatment along the side of its contrasting black roof. I saw it as an encouraging coincidence: the direction I had reached independently seemed consistent with a contemporary approach to automotive design.
THE REAR VIEW
WHY THE DESIGN WORK MATTERS
You might ask: what exactly are you paying for when you order Evo DUA? The answer is not simply the amount of vinyl.
The Citroën C5 has complex, convex three-dimensional body surfaces. A line that looks perfectly straight on a flat template may appear curved, uneven or out of proportion once applied to the car. The challenge is to create lines that look optically straight and harmonious from normal eye level, particularly around the rear side windows and across the curved tailgate.
Together with an experienced installer, I spent many hours refining those lines and checking the result on the actual car. Evo DUA gives you the benefit of this development work: a proven design and precise plotter-cut reference edges, without asking your installer to invent the lines from scratch using knifeless cutting tape.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE
Positioning templates for the left and right rear side-window areas, where the distinctive side line of the glass capsule is formed, plus a dedicated positioning template for the tailgate.
Plotter-prepared vinyl pieces with precisely calculated and cut design edges. On the convex tailgate, the relevant edge is pre-cut to produce the intended visual line once positioned using the supplied template.
For the side areas and pillars, the supplied film includes a larger, continuous piece with the critical optically corrected line already cut — the line running from the rear-light area towards the rear pillar. The remaining film is fitted and trimmed to the individual vehicle by the installer.
Additional finishing around the glass, rear lights, pillars and other adjoining surfaces is part of the professional installation and is not supplied as a completely pre-cut, ready-to-stick wrap.
MATERIAL AND COLOURS
The standard black version uses high-quality 3M Wrap Film Series 2080 in a glossy black finish. Depending on the body colour, a different interpretation may also work beautifully: for example, silver metallic on a dark car, ivory, or another carefully selected colour.
Alternative colours can be discussed individually; material availability, visual suitability and installation requirements need to be checked before an order is confirmed.
PANORAMIC ROOF OR METAL ROOF?
Cars with the panoramic glass roof require less vinyl, making them the more economical version. Preparation of an Evo DUA kit for a Citroën C5 X7 Tourer or CrossTourer with a panoramic roof — including the 3M 2080 glossy film and plotter-prepared design elements — starts at €500, depending on the material.
Cars with a metal roof need substantially more material, and the kit price will therefore be higher. Please contact me for an individual quotation.
Professional installation is not included in either price.
INDIVIDUAL PRODUCTION AND INSTALLATION
Evo DUA is prepared to order, rather than kept as a ready-made stock product. If you live in or near Berlin or Szczecin (Stettin), I may also be able to help personally organise installation with a specialist.
